The Picture Worth A Thousand Words
Gov. Sarah Palin at a rally in Reno, NV on October 21, 2008.
I don't put political perspective up on my blog, but I just can't help it this time; it's too funny and the one liners are coming to me like wildfire. I beg your indulgence just this once. Forgive me, Rel.
~On the hunt and not an elephant in sight
~Fashion DON'T, Political DO
~True colors
~Subliminal messaging
~Wardrobe budget: $150,000, Wearing the other teams logo around her neck: priceless.

~Ambitiously ambiguous
Okay... okay. I'll stop there.
Feel free to add your own, however, if you like.
Happy Phoctober!
That's too funny! I don't even care if it's real or photoshopped. ;)
ReplyDeleteHey Jules!
ReplyDeleteIt's even funnier because it IS real!!!

LOL!
ReplyDeleteYou know what I want to know, and you may be help to help me: either it's my eyes, but I swear her hair is a different colour each time I see an image of her...???
Those are mules, probably carrying drugs.
ReplyDeleteHer image stylists have really worked overtime on her hair and clothes, but what she really needs is a brain makeover.
Ditto to Heart's comment. Of course I just realised I need one myself! It wasn't Blogger's fault, it was my own. I somehow missed you when I added my links to the blog follower thingy. Problem has been rectified!
ReplyDeleteDeeply strange, and deeply funny.
ReplyDeleteI have to restrain myself from Palin-bashing nearly every time I post these days.
It's not easy. Scariest woman alive.
Someone tweeted this yesterday, and I'm *still* laughing...love your captions as well as the rest of the comments here.
ReplyDeleteI'll add...Got Ass?
Or is that sexist?
Vanilla my dear,
ReplyDeleteShe is a work in progress.
A very long process.
Dear Hearts,
Oh-and-HOW.
HA ha ha... pack mules hmm?
Molly!
Yay!
I am on your A list! WOO HOO!
Clowncar,
Well so far I'd say you're not succeeding in that endeavor.
It will only be scary if she makes it into office, and I can't see that happening.
Cara Mia,
Not sexist. Pretty funny though!
Someone else said "Nice Ass Sarah" on a different site. Ambiguity again.

~Wardrobe budget: $150,000, Wearing the other teams logo around her neck: priceless.
ReplyDeleteYour is the best, Scarlett. That is 'the' caption.
Miss Leslie,
ReplyDeleteI should change it to read:
~Republican wardrobe budget: $150,000, Wearing the other teams logo around her neck: priceless.
Just sounds better. And it's true.

Like your edit. Has a great rhythm.
ReplyDeleteMatches the cadence of my hysterical laughter! :)
Scarlett,
ReplyDeletethe sweetest would be seeing her ride a donkey into office on inauguration day.

Just so your blog is fair and balanced. ;-)
Great picture! Still hoping for Obama here, and not for a McCain surprise right at the end!
ReplyDeleteSay, "Ah," take two aspirins, and call your elitist-posing-as-proletarian handlers in the morning, Sarah.
ReplyDeleteLeslie,
ReplyDeleteLots of people are laughing.
She's now recanted and said she isn't keeping the clothes purchased with the $150k, she is going to start wearing the 'consignment store clothes' that she usually wears.
Right.
Sounds like the dieter with her hand in the cookie jar...
Dearest Rel,
I am a libra; I love balance.
Thank you, kind sir, I am glad that you and I can enjoy a gentle spar. It befits our rapport.
BS5,
I am quite confident that McCain just won't have enough support to push him into the White House.
Just can't see it happening.
Ah my wonderful PK,
It'll take me the rest of the day to pull myself up off of the floor!
That's the best laugh I've had since I saw this photo for the first time.
;o)
