This is very cool! I can't wait for America to be a cooler place in people's international perception again, following Jan 20th!
I was in China in the week G Bush was sworn in and loads of people were gloomy about it! (And hey, I walked on the wall in reference to your Sevens answers)
Isn't it fantastic? We are so excited here... there is a new energy, a new hope blazing through the country and lifting everyone's spirits, and it's traveled around the world... so incredible. Change is in the air, and it's almost tangible.
You walked on the wall? That's so cool!! Post about it, please, so that I can read over it. I'd love to hear all about it.
Scarlett,
ReplyDeleteHe did his part. Now it's up to us to do ours!

ReplyDeleteHe certainly is photogenic! I like the headings, so perfectly matched.
ReplyDeleteHi Rel,
ReplyDeleteIt absolutely is. I applauded McCain's speech; it was done with honor, humbleness, dignity and respect. Good man.
Hey Dawn,
I am very pleased as well; our country is in dire need of good leadership!
YAY OBAMA!!!!
Hello Miss Molly,
Wasn't it? Just amazing, everywhere. Truly incredible.
Wish the pics were mine, but they are not.
Hi Suburbia,
I was trying to encompass the myriad of emotions and thoughts that many of us felt.

ReplyDeleteAnd won't it be fun to have little children in the White House again?
Whoohoo indeed! But I don't envy him the tasks that lie ahead of him. As he said, it's a long and steep road.
ReplyDeleteHey Leslie,
ReplyDeleteYAY!!!!
Isn't it fantastic? Sooooo good.
Dear Hearts,
Very thrilling.
And, it will be nice to have kids (and a puppy!) in the white house! It's been too long.
Oh Vanilla,
You are so right. It's going to be rough, but we can do it now. It will change.
Thank God, and thank Obama!!!
