The French Patisserie In Santa Fe

I'm making up for late Phoctobering with Moon Topples.

This is a real French Patisserie in Santa Fe, owned by a bona fide French couple who moved to the southwest and kept their crepe recipes. It's worth the trip to taste those!

Join in, post photos and tell him you are participating, and then go see the photos that everyone else shared.

Happy Phoctober!

Do you think that calories can be absorbed just by looking?!
I have to go and rummage through the kitchen cupboards now to see if I can find anything delicious in there!

Hey Suburbia!

Absolutely not. Just like when we cut cake; all the calories fall out.
Simple math, division and subtraction. ;o)

Oh, my , if there is anything I love too much, it's French pastry.

The first time I was in Paris, I got up at dawn because the air was heavy with yeast from all the patisseries, and zigzagged up and down the narrow winding streets trying something in every one of them.

And now I must return to drool over your photographs, ma cherie. Merci, merci, trop yummie.

Hello Hearts!

Aren't the patisseries in Paris out of this world? Thoroughly divine... every one of them. Hidden in nooks among the winding streets... OH you are making me miss Paris!

Merci beaucoup!
