Busy as a bee

I basked the company of some dear friends who came to visit last week. They are a story unto themselves, and one I always love to revel in. We visited some gardens here in Denver, and I captured these shots.

I hope you enjoy.

Love the photos. The sunflowers are wow. And getting a photo of the little fishes is way cool. The water is so blue. Very nice.

I'd tell exskindiver, but I'm too coy! :-) Oh and I'm not sure either! Luverly pics Scarlett!

Great pictures!

I'm glad you are getting to have some fun with all your busy-ness.

(I liked that busy bee, you, had the busy bees on the sunflowers.)

Ally!

Hello lady! Glad you loved them, they were so much fun to take.
The fish were cool, especially that big one, he came up out of the water to talk to me once, but I got a really lousy shot of it, so I will have to go back and see if I can't coax him out with some bread crumbs or something.

Vanilla,

That's one of my favs too, isn't it great? I'm learning a new camera I got... lotsa buttons and switches and fun little things to confuse and confound me. Doing what I can to learn it all.

Chesca,

Those are koi fish. It's Koi... unless you are being shy and coquettish... then it's coy.

Gautami,

I love all the egg coloring cups in your photo... (that's what those are right? yikes, I hope so!) Thanks!

Jon,

Well... I don't know if I believe that, I've seen shots of you in your knight gear. As a rule, knights aren't coy. Plus, you recently tackled a mountain, so I am unconvinced.
Very pleased you like the photos!

Diana,

Aren't the bee shots fun! It was a beautiful day.

Hey Pearl!

Glad as ever to be back!
The top two images are special... they were taken through a kaleidoscope. THAT was fun.

Vesper,

Good thing! I'll be putting fall photos up in a month or so, it's so lovely here in the fall. So getting the summer ones up in time was a good thing!

Chief,

Glad you liked them, yours are always wonderful too! More to come! Of course, always more to come.

Thanks for stopping by, all. Good to see each of you!

LMN,

Actually... those aren't cactus, they're just little shrubby plants; but aren't they cool? I just loved taking those shots.
Glad you liked them.

CS,

I like them very much, so pleased that you did as well.
